  • 50% Resale Rebate Program:  This program is for prospective home buyers that are going to buy a resale home (a home that someone has already owned and is reselling) We rebate up to 50% of the commission we receive depending on the number of showings.

  • 75% New Development Rebate Program: This program applies to buyers that are going to purchase a new construction home in a new development anywhere in California. The main requirement for our new development program is we have to register the home buyer with the development on their first visit to the development. With this program, we will rebate up to 75% of the commission/referral fee we receive.
